Cesar Abueg - Thursday, September 17, 2009

Small-businesses in America are surviving through these tough times by making wise choices on how they spend their marketing dollars. Looking at the most effective medium out there today, the internet is that wise choice. Its cost-effective, available to your customers all the time, and compared to most other traditional means of advertising, its the most accessible. Local business owners and married couple, Lawrence & Holly Tanner, of L.H. Tanner Construction, Inc., a local construction company serving Central Florida, has chosen the internet to spend most of their marketing dollars.

This veteran construction company has built a great reputation for staying on budget and on time, but the biggest factor that sets them apart from their competition, is that they don't make their customers spend more than they have to. They strive to eliminate excessive services and recommendations that make a build more complex than it should be.

SDG recently launched their site, boasting quite a few features that allows both owners and staff, the ability to control the content of their site. With minimal training, they can update text, add images, post news and blogs. Powered by Converge, this new company website in no time will be able to reach their local market of Brevard County easily, and expand through out the state of Florida. Thanks to Converge's search engine friendly approach.

AutoMechs dot com - Videos for Auto Enthusiasts

Cesar Abueg - Wednesday, March 04, 2009
Video has been a growing trend in the internet, because of the availability and affordability of highspeed broadband. As a result more sites are becoming more video friendly. Not to compare to the ever popular YouTube.com, which was bought by Google, AutoMechs.com, has a very tight niche of visitors.

This site was adapted to fit to the needs and expectations of it's target market, obviously, car or auto enthusiasts who want to do their own repair, upgrade or modification to their vehicle. One of the many DIY trends.

Currently in its Beta phase of development, SDG was able to work closely with the internet owners who wanted to give their visitors an all in one place to not only have great content, but also great sponsorship.

The site's basic purpose is to provide useful videos pertaining to common repairs often needed for automobiles, but the giving doesn't stop there. Members, who can create their own accounts, can also upload their own videos and share with the online commmunity. So ultimately this online video sharing community site is there to provide auto mechanics and the like, a place to grow in their skills.

SDG was also able to come up with a brand that conveyed the site's reach. The logo, when looked upon closely, resembles a wrench that mechanics use in their trade.

Cesar Abueg - Sunday, January 04, 2009
Express Badging is becoming a leader in full identification (ID) solutions in Central Florida and all over the nation and it's website needed to reflect that. So expressbadging.com hired SDG to revamp their site by improving the site's navigation, it's content and homepage while at the same time, making the site search engine friendly, making it more visible for search engines like google.com.

Strategic pages were redeployed and added to convey a better understanding of what the company does, and at the same time, give visitors a visual representation of how and what the ID technology solutions can be used for. As a result, the revamped site has given customers a better idea before they inquire or purchase, saving Express Badging time and money. It's position on search engines has increased, giving an increase of nearly double the traffic, before the change.
